Tola: Glad you like it. I’m also a big “fan” of personal growth and development. That’s why I read self improvement blogs as well.

Blogging itself though is not really about personal development, it can just be used as a tool to document and inspire it. The development has to to happen in real life mainly.

That said, its a very valid point and something I’m going to have to think about and blog about as well… The first thing that comes to my mind is Personal Growth and development though.

Yeah the connection between value and values is a vastly underestimated one. Money is not value. Money is just a representation of the value people ascribe to something. That’s why some boring artworks get sold for outrageous prices.
The perceived value is derived from something else than the work itself.
Sadly bloggers can’t leverage the same powers artists can. We have to find the value within ourselves. The value you provide has to be fed by something more than the actual content.

Man I have never sat down and done this…

I like where you are going with it though. How can you be in business and provide a “value added” service if you don’t understand what your own core values are. Further to that, how do you know you will live up to your “core values” for your customer if you don’t know what they are?
