While I like Google Reader, sometimes I check out IEPIC It's fairly new but has made many improvements and says many more are to come.

I like google reader but I still have to program it. I am really into business news and use socialnews.biz. It is like google reader, except I don’t have to program it and they do all the filtering for me. NY Times reader is pretty good too.

Im a fan of Alltop.It just makes things easier for me, especially that I am always on the look out for information/reference in learning the basic seo and building traffic.
The list is a great help.

These are all good, but somehow I prefer the personal touch of my Google reader – plus it lists more than title, unlike SEOmash or Alltop.
