I dont even know your name, but you just gained a new disciple.

As SEO conscious as i thought i was, i found that i was guilty of quite a few of these crimes (*red-face here*).

Thanks for the write up. I still get clients insisting I spam the meta tag with keywords as if it is magically going to force their site up top.
