		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t buy into the idea that we have to act as if we have some secret knowledge imparted to us by the divine web spirits in order to properly value our services. If a business owner or marketing manager can truly do their own SEO I say good for them. In most cases though, they can&#039;t and they just end up making more work for us when they come to their senses. In another scenario, they may know how to do SEO but they don have time, so they seek a solution. This is why I think deep down we are all so OK with sharing our secrets on blogs and forums; we really aren&#039;t all that worried of becoming replaceable.]]></description>
