I live in UK. I don’t have a blog, but a website. In order for a proper living. I would need at least $3000+ minimum. I do see it as achievable.

Kornel, so I assume that either you live in western Poland or you have a family but still: 1000$ + is realistic. Maybe you need more than one blog, but it’s possible.

Skellie: Exactly! I assume that in some countries where the Internet access is quite good and the costs of living below western average you could break even quite easily targetting the international market.

Chef Tad, do you realize that most of these comments are spam on your blog? The 1st and 3rd comments are both spam. They find certain keywords in Technorati and just spam away.

I’ve thought about this too myself. 50 bucks a week is some extra money to play around with in most developed countries, but for a place where the US dollar goes quite far it could be quite useful. There would be some obstacles to internet work for the poor, though, such as the cost of internet access, literacy/English limitations, and so on…
