Doug Heil of Ihelpyou.com hates Sphinn, my SEO blog and the concept of SEO 2.0

He states that

The biggest spammers in the world are the best contributors at sphinn.com

Then he goes on saying

Here is one of those BIG contributors I’m talking about:

http://seo2.0.onreact.com/7-social-b…igg-and-seo-10

The guy is totally lost about things. Just take a look at what that blog is promoting?

Realizing that he just offended me he ends his rant with

BTW: Nothing personal at all. Your blog was the first I noticed on the sphinn front page right now and that also advertised the silly and BAD WebCeo software.

It’s too late pal, if you mess with me I mess with you.

Misspelling Web CEO [the SEO software I promote] and the usage of words like “bad” and “silly” already show how thorough his research is and how diligent his study of the subject he bashes.

Well, I wrote a reply to that because I’m not the last one to pick up a fight. I fight against SEO haters and black hat SEOs alike. Now I also fight white hat SEOs who realize that their white hats are smaller than mine, hehe:

“Hey Grandpa,

if you got a problem with me, you talk directly with me. If you do not understand the social sphere like you demonstrate here with this antisocial behavior it’s your problem. I don’t care. But if you want to mess with me do it like a man not like a coward. I’ve been bashed by basically everybody out there during my 10 years in online publishing. But you can’t even link to my blog correctly or spell Web CEO.

I’ve read about you some years ago that you raise hell and annoy people just to get noticed. Well it would be a good link bait technique if you would now how social media works.

You are just behind time, you’re getting old and the younger generation has the know how to deal with the paradigm shift you lack. That bugs you.

It still be OK as most people can’t cope with it yet, but you know what your main problem is? You lack respect. That’s why I won’t argue with you. Your “critique” completely lacks substance so I can not refute it as it’s nothing besides no understanding or misunderstanding.

In many cultures older people are wiser and are respected for that. They also act respectfully themselves. You are just old and frustrated because I am younger and better than you. You do not even know who I am and what I do and you bash me. Read my article in the Search Marketing Standard at first.

I guess you’re too old to learn about respect so I won’t teach you, especially as I do not respect people who are disrespectful of others.

SEO 2.0 is about socializing, value, respect and not about spiders, robots, keywords etc. I get one hundred times more traffic by way of StumbleUpon than by Google. So where are you now with 1999 SEO?

My white hat is bigger than yours.

As you do not understand my blog at all, I will explain one thing: It targets the broader blogosphere and the average webmaster, not “I know it all elderly”. I am respected by many well known SEO personalities anyways. You fail completely here. The minute I read the crap you wrote you lost.

Web CEO is great for the average webmaster. I never used it for more than ranking check before I switched to Advanced Web Ranking, but most of the website owners or bloggers will find it very useful.

Next time you want to mess with me, come over if you’re not a coward. Your forum with the childish smileys blinking all the time is a no-no. Meet me at SEO 2.0, Sphinn or SEO Refugee: I will eat you alive.

Tad Chef of SEO 2.0″

One thing I noticed was the comment “Some sort of SEM certificate.” When you click this you see that its not a certificate but a magazine. If it actually were some sort of scam certificate then more power to him for calling someone out. However its a magazine subscription. Dohp!

    OH SNAP!

PS - I think your RSS icon is a little too small.

Justin: Now I get it! Didn’t understand what he meant. This guy does not even know the Search Marketing Standard! In which cave did he hide the last years?

    Michael: think big!

Why don’t you just say how you really feel? I’m glad you’re willing to stand up for yourself and have confidence in your knowledge.

Steven, thank you for your comment but I did feel like that. I felt like hey, here is this guy, sopposed to be one of the industry leaders, while he is talking crap. He just offends me without even checking out what this is all about.

You know I expect people who are almost 60 to be kind of a role model.
When I’m sixty myself I want people to look up to me. I won’t disresepct the young just for being quicker than me.
This guy is behind the times so he resorts to talking crap.

You see, I really support the younger generation. I’m over 30 now and out there I see pople like Glen of ViperChill who are 18 and already better than me. Why would I bash them for being that?

If you’re 60 and not a mentor quit nagging, it won’t make you appear in a better light.

Is that the cr4appy guy from WebMasterWorld??? Damn those haters!

Disregard entire WebMasterWorld staff! They are the center of SEO universe … they think so.

And you blog is quite new. You have time ahead to offer better stuff on site that would give that guy an 3r3cti0n.

PS:I hate those noobs. The censorship on that forum is amazing.

Well, don’t know 5ubliminal, if it’s the same one. Basically all those negative people out there who try to offend you are the same for me. But this time I won’t let them rob me of my time and energy anymore.

I’ll concentrate on positive, contributing persons like you.
