An ebook is a fine idea, but there are many other ways of making money blogging. Consider creating your own clients. I’m talking simple web design for simple businesses. Ask around town who needs a simple web site thrown up and offer them a deal. Craigslist ain’t a bad way to go either. I’ve had numerous offers, not for my web design, but for my partnership in their projects. Possibly something to consider…

Yes, tutorial content is a good example.
Another idea I just had is offering highly detailed case-studies. Maybe testing a specific SEO method on several different sites and looking at how ranking and traffic develops in different niches and different levels of competitiveness. Something along those lines.
Just an idea.

yeah, “premium” must really be premium not just a synony for “paid”. I assume that highly specific tutorial content would be good enough.
Or do you have something else on your mind?
Also my unique SEO 2.0 point of views sets me apart.

Seems like a good reason to have been blogging a little less. :)

As for financing, premium content or an ebook could be good options, imo. I’m certainly one willing to invest in some premium SEO knowledge. It just has to be an offer that really sets itself apart from all the free stuff you can get out there.
