Blogs on Modern SEO You May Have Overlooked

These blogs on modern SEO are largely underrated for no apparent reason:

1. aimClear BlogOutspoken (as is not mincing words) digital marketing company weblog from Minnesota.

It’s a great resource, has a broad scope and deals with many marketing tools and disciplines.

It’s written by industry legend Marty Weintraub and his team. We even worked together on a group blog in the early days.

2. Tubular Insights – Social SEO for video? Yes, that’s what Tubular Insights covers for more than a decade!

I don’t even shoot videos so I am very much impressed by a whole social SEO blog dealing with video content.

Also I have no clue how the YouTube algorithm works and how to spread video content by way of search.

Thus I need blogs like Tubular Insight to tell me about it!

3. SEO Theory – Michael Martinez sometimes sounds a little arrogant.

Why? He’s quite straightforward about his ideas and he knows what he is talking about.

I think he offended more people than me with his theories. Yet he really knows so much!

Thus I follow his advice on many platforms, including his blog, LinkedIn and Mastodon.

4. Hobo UK SEO Company Blog – Shaun Anderson of Hobo is one of the most well known SEO specialist in the UK.

The blog covers both basic and advanced SEO techniques so its suited for beginners and pros.

He has updated his guides numerous times over the years and is still on top of the game after more than a decade in the business.

5. Yoast SEO Blog – Yoast offers the most popular WordPress plugins for SEO.

The blog additionally gives good advice for the average website owner and SEO pro alike.

Joost deValk, the famous WordPress SEO still sometimes writes himself for the blog despite having a large team by now.
