I think that IRAN is not only a country.It’s some kind of LOVE.It’s life.It’s history.It’s peace.It’s everything.And we don’t want to destroy any country.We are just against bad politics of that nasty usa and some europe.And women in IRAN are free as you can see in here.I think we (Persians) want this like this.

I love my iran.
people in west thinks you have to be muslim if u r iranian, but iranian people are zartisht, jews, christians, sufis, bahai and more… and we all are iranians, we all love our vatan and always have. no one will be able to destroy our nationality by saying christians or azeris arnt iranian because we all have faught for eachother, we have all put prints in our history, we have all contributed to the poetry and so on! the love for sarzamine iran is very strong, i think its one of the strongest nationality feeling in the world!

yeah its crap iranian people hates jews, persian jews have lived in iran for like 2700years and we are all iranians. the persian jews of iran have been offered 10 000 dollars to move to israel and what do they say? never, we wont sell our identity!

maybe we joke about turks and rashtia a lot but we laugh with eacother, we all serve iran. and one day when the fanatic thigs are gone most will go back and rebuild iran. we have always been tolerate to peoples beliefs, its not importatnt wich god you belong to, we are first iranians and then muslims,jews or zartosht.

Thank you for helping our country. I only want to say that every country has negative points and positive point. Iran is neither the worse nor the best country in the world. We only want to live like other people. But unfortunately this peaceful living is neither in favor of many other countries nor our goverment.

well onreact (i know that isn’t your name) and to clarify i’ll write in perfect english so that you don’t associate my views with someone who is non educted or has poor use of grammer. Israel would love to be friends with Iran if the government were’nt so stubborn. Iran has the second highest population of jews in the middle east (second only to Israel). The arabs hate us, and i have met many arabs, and yes they do hate persia. infact saddam husseins final words were ‘death to america and persians’, also the saudi king sided with iraq during the iran-iraq war. so i believe that arabs are an enemy of Persia, we are a constant reminder of their failure to arabise us and invade our land. we are the only country to have kept our culture and history intact. All states with a sunni majority hate us, minus syria (who have a shi ite government but are mainly sunni).

kourosh, thank you for your clarification, but why introduce “hate” in a love post? I know that Americans tend to mistake Iranians for Arabs but I never did, although both are Muslims.

In fact I my short life I already had the opportunity to meet and befriend some or many Arabs, Isrealis, Jews, Iranians and even an Arabian Israeli. The bottom line is they’re all just humans!

I won’t delete your comment, because I attribute your “hate arabs” remarks to your poor English. You probably wanted to express that Arab countries are rather the enemies of Iran than Israel.

Also, please take into account that Israelis are not per se Jews and hating Jews is like hating Muslims.

I am not a religious person, but I respect very much any religious beliefs and traditions of other people.

If you’re from an Arabian country please do not reply to this “hate Arabs” comment in the same style.

1) we ARE NOT NOT arabs
2) we HATE the arabs
3) we love the jews- they love us too and know our culture more than we think
4) the smartness of the current islamic government for somehow promising freedom then killing all oppostion and imposing islamic law and dress code on a nation which had women wearing mini skirts and western clothing!
5) indians, afghans etc. own shops- persians hava higher percentage of people who are successful
6) arabs hate us and we hate them
7) long live israel (i am not jew- and i would like a jewish person to see this and therefore make the distinction that we iranians are NOT their arab enemies, but are their brothers and sisters, infact in their holy book our king koroush is called the blessed one for rescuing the jews and letting them pray)
